A huge body of puzzle books
Rolf Heinmann has created too many books to count in his long prolific career. These range from puzzles, to wordplay, to detective work, to seek and find, to fixing contraptions and pretty much any kind of puzzle you can think of.
His work has a very distinctive style, and the 'Eagle Eyes' series in particular has a fantastic series of puzzle for kids to solve

"Born 1940, in Dresden, Germany; immigrated to Australia, 1959; Education: Studied at graphic art studios in Frankfurt, Germany, 1956–57. Politics: Australian Green Party; "Pacifist." Hobbies and other interests: Languages, marine ecology. Writer, cartoonist, and illustrator. Worked variously as a fruit picker, railway worker, and factory worker, c. 1960s; Unigraphic (graphic design studio), Melbourne, Australia, founder, 1968; has worked in fields of advertising, printing, and publishing."
