While technically Choose Your Own Adventure books, these deserve an honorable mention as their illustrations are phenomenal (particularly the early books) and their is a lot to look at in these detailed scenes.
Note that these have been published under many different names, including 'Choose your way gamebooks' from Walker Books, using a unique logo across various similar series.
